The Cinder Box is owned and operated by Tim Rusnak.  Tim opened The Cinder Box in 2002.  Prior to that, he was a chimney sweep in the Chicago area.  Tim is certified by The Chimney Safety Institute and is CDET certified for dryer vents.  Tim is a member of the National Chimney Sweep Guild. The National Chimney Sweep Guild sets a code of ethics for members to follow.  Tim happily adheres to this code of ethics.  Tim takes great pride in his service for you and it shows with his complaint-free rating with the Better Business Bureau.
